- 1 zucchini
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil or herbs
- Salt to taste
- Pepperoni pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
Steps to follow to make this recipe:
Cut the zucchini very thin and place in a nonstick skillet for grilling. Add gradually, as both sides need to grill.
Remove the grilled zucchinis and set aside on a plate.
In the same pan, add the oil and garlic. Let it brown a little and place it over the zucchini.
Add pepperoni, thyme, chimichurri and salt.
Drizzle with a little more olive oil to finish.
Accompanies well as an aperitif or as side for other foods.
